• Your full name, email address and WhatsApp number
• Your country of residence
• Your preferred destination, intended study level, subject and intake, and your current qualification
• Anything you choose to include in your message

If you contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook, email or phone, we receive the information you share through that channel. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the website.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the guidance you request
• To communicate with you about your study plans and application
• To protect the website against spam and misuse

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing your information

With your agreement, we may share relevant information with educational institutions or other parties as needed to support an application you have chosen to make. We may use trusted service providers (for example, email delivery or website hosting) that process data on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law.

Student success stories

We only publish a student's name, photograph or story with their permission. Success posters we have shared on our Facebook Page may be copied to this website, again only with the student's permission; location metadata is removed from stored images. If you would like a story about you removed, contact us and we will remove it.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us through our contact page.
